I've been doing this once or twice a week for a few months now (well since the pandemic got us stuck at home) and I got good results! Started trying to do level one on my feet instead of my knees to make my way to level 2.

waking up 4:00 am and doing this every day before work ( 6:00 am ) the workout is easy but the result is amazing my chest got bigger and bigger and im gaining not fat but pure muscle from 52kg-58kg in 2 months i dont have proper diet or so im just a skinny guy that want to gain weight thanks to this btw i do leg workout too (body weight) to gain mre and i use this and follow his counting so effective

I'm showing pretty good signs on just the second week, but also you can bike you don't have to run I hate running yet I have to do it for my job. I prefer biking, less strain on your knees and after you can still workout with ease.

12 Knee push ups (x3) 12 psıh up knee on bench (x3) 12 knee psuh ups, hand as chest width (x3) (by the way, what is the difference between this and the firts one?)

The first one has a wider stance, the elbows should do a 90° as you go down. The third one has a much narrower stance, your hands should be right under your armpits when you are down.

i remember trying this last summer when i was unfit, dropped dead after 6 minutes, just tried this now ( after doing 2 months of calisthenics training) this is easy , but level 2 is still too hardcore

I'm doing it about 2 months now and still struglle with the last set. But it's a big improvement since I started :) Depends how fit you are. Judging from my self I was/am unfit.

that's perfectly normal, you will feel pain in your chest only if you overdo it, which is bad.

Think of it like this. When you workout, you break down your muscles in order for them to repair themselves. When they repair themselves, they get a little bit stronger each and every time. However, you will need more than one mere day for them to fully recover (fully rebuild themselves). However, this workout may not be intense to you anymore if you are doing then every morning, hence, I recommend you do a more intense chest workout so you can fully break down your muscles. Keep in mind that then, you wouldn't be able to do it every day.
