Idk if my arms got thinner or shoulders rounder but definitely gives me more confidence and also makes me feel energetic and it helped me fix my posture, been 2 weeks already!

Been doing this for a week and half (not continuous) but I already see some changes in my arms and I can already feel my collarbone (unlike before). My Mom also mentioned that my arms lost fats. I will definitely continue doing this. Thank you so much! ❤️

骨格ストレートで、平均からマイナス10kg痩せても首が太く鎖骨が出ないことがずーっとコンプレックスでした。 これまで首やデコルテが隠れたデザインの服ばかり選んできましたが、そんな自分を変えたくて、結婚式を機に思い切って肩出しのドレスを選びました。 悪あがきと思ってこのストレッチを3ヶ月間毎日続け、初めて自分の鎖骨が見れて、鏡の前で涙が出ました。首も以前より細長くなり、骨格を言い訳にしていた自分を今では馬鹿らしく思います。 本当に感謝です😭

この動画1ヶ月ほど毎日やっていたのですが、本当に変わりました😭😭 二の腕が前と比べて圧倒的に細くなったし、肩も前よりパキパキ言わずに動くようになりました!!!普段の姿勢が悪すぎて姿勢は改善しないままですが、日頃から気を付けていくのとこの動画をこれからも継続していきたいと思いますー!! 素敵な動画本当にありがとうございます🥲🥲🥲

1回で効果がえぐいです。 昔から猫背(巻き肩)がコンプレックスで、姿勢矯正ブラとか猫背対策グッズ買ってもイマイチ効果が感じられませんでしたが、これ一回やっただけで自然と意識しなくても肩がまっすぐになってます!!!本当にすごすぎます✨️素敵な動画に出会えました、毎日やります。

毎日寝る前に動画を見ながら真似してトレーニングしています。操作がそんなに難しくないから、楽にできますが効果がすごくあると感じられています。肩凝りも少し取れるし背中のラインもなってきています。ほんとに役に立っています。ありがとうございます❤

はじめは二の腕をなんとかしたくて始めたのですが、右腕が動かすと痛くて辛かったのが、こちらをはじめてから改善しました。 巻き肩も腕痩せも改善してます。頑張って続けます!

if you're looking for a sign to do this exercise, this is it. i have been doing this for a little over a week and i already see a huge difference!!! i've always had a rounded back / bad posture and holy crap this genuinely is the first time i'm ever seeing noticable progress. just do this at least once a day, preferrably twice (one in the morning + one at night) and you will definitely see your rounded shoulders disappear

You can't influence where your body puts fat. You can just get leaner in your entire body. Besides, wouldn't the shoulders be one of the best places for your body to put fat? Just makes you look more buff.

Going to do this from today ❤️ Day 1: ✅ it's was amazing, my muscles feel so relaxed after doing this Day 2: ✅ a little hard but it's fantastic Day 3: ✅ it was easy Today yay!! 😁 Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ it has become easier 😊 Day 6: ✅ this workout is really good for your shoulder muscles ❤️ Day 7: ✅sorry I forgot to update Day 8: ✅ so I have been doing it for a week and my shoulders have become so straight and arms also loose some fat . So I'm gonna do it everyday 😁. Day 9 : couldn't do it couse I was busy doing my assignments. Day 10: ✅ Day 11:✅ it's feel so good Day 12:✅ Day 13 :✅ done 🎉 Day 14 :✅ so it's been 2 week and it's really effective for your shoulders and arms so I'm gonna continue it and I think you should also give it a try ☺️.

Gonna do it everyday do get my desired results. Definitely recommended! Couldn't do it for 11 days (04/05/23-14/05/23). Edited: I no more do this workout.

After a month of doing this semi-frequently, I've noticed that my posture + flexibility have somewhat improved! ✨In the past, I struggled with zipping the back of my dresses, but it's gotten much easier now. My shoulders/arms did get a bit slimmer, but that might be largely due to diet + calorie-burning exercises I did in addition to this video (20 minute biking + 10~50 minutes ab and glute workouts daily).

I have saved this video and i tried this exercise for 20 days and trust me it works my shoulder became so attractive. If you want to achieve this you need to do this for 15-20 days and its easy i have tried and you don't need some kind of motivation to do this. You just have to stand up and do it. If you are skinny u will get result in 2 weaks and if you are chubby person you will get results late but be patience

ゆうかさんの猫背巻き肩改善エクササイズが一番好きです。出来ない時期もあったけど、これをやるだけで肩の位置が下がって鎖骨も綺麗になるし、ずっと悩んでた巻き肩も改善されて姿勢が良くなりました。シャキッとして気持ちが良いです。いつもお世話になってます♡

Day 1: kind of hurt while doing it but felt nice at the end. Day 2: Done ✅ feels nice. Day 3: Didn’t have time to do it. Day 4: Done ✅ so much easier. Day 5: Done ✅ so much easier. We’re also seeing some progress here. Day 6: Day 7: Wish me luck!😀😃😄😁😆

1 week target (1/3) Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ Day 4: ✅ Day 5: ✅ Day 6: ✅ missed out on 3 days fue to school workload Day 7: ✅ Gonna do this everyday for a month (3 weeks) as I have pretty bad rounded shoulders update: I can see that my back is straighter and my rounded shoulders are still somewhat rounded but because my back became straighter it makes it less rounded, i can say that this workout is effective! I will continue with my second week😀

Because of online classes and work from home, I am constantly in front of my laptop and it results in so much tension in my neck, shoulders, and back. This workout gave me instant relief and make me feel so much better! @@rahilaa.s5544 Try doing it twice a day, if possible. I did it once a day along with Emi Wong's collarbone workout. And once I got tired of doing this workout I switched to Yuuka Sagawa's other arm, back, shoulder videos. They're easy to follow and most definitely work! I generally did it before going to bed. But if you do it in the morning it feels really good! Like your chest and arms have been opened up. Took me three-four days to feel the difference and almost over a week to see it. Hope this helps! No diet btw hehe

Tried this today for the first time. I'll update this tomorrow:> Day 1: It burns but I felt good after doing it. Day 2: I feel like my back is much lighter than before and also I don't find the exercise hard anymore, it's really a good exercise for me. -sorry everyone,I forgot to update my comment. This is so effective guys,you must try it out. My posture were so much better than before,my arms are slimmer now. This is it,I can already see the result. Legit,no lies:> go for it! Goodluck!

Gonna update everyday I am doing it for 2 weeks, I have already done 4 days and I am doing it twice a day with one more streching workout Day 1 ✅ I did exercise after 2 months so i felt a lot relaxed so much that after excercise I just went to sleep Day 2 ✅ it was easier and felt really good Day 3✅ my shoulders and back feels so good they are less stiff and my arms were burning 🔥 Day 4✅ my shoulders look a bit less round and my back feels so good 😍 Day 5✅ my upper back is getting straight Day 6✅it's pretty easy now Day 7✅my arms look leaner and my back looks more straight Day 8✅my posture is a lot better Day 9✅it's so easy now I am having fun while doing it Day 10✅4 days more to go 😁 Day 11✅my arms looks slimmer not much but it looks slimmer Day 12✅my collarbones are so defined now i didn't notice first but now they look so defined Day 13✅done Day 14✅done Results :- My back is so much straighten andy collarbones are so shap now they can cut anything , my posture is improved alot and my shoulders are not stiff anymore they are so much more relaxed. I totally recommend this The only thing is that you have to try to be consistent atleast , try to do it daily and i am sure you would get even better results. Thanks for being with me on my journey

とりあえず1週間続けてみようと思って、昨日と今日実践しました!!気持ち良いので続けられそうです🙆🏻‍♀️ちなみにこの動画と、8分の3600万回再生されている動画と、6分の小顔の動画を1回ずつしています!毎日記録の写真も撮っていこうと思います🫢 +色々あってコメントするのが遅くなりました!!ごめんなさい!!無事全て1週間続けられました😭筋トレとは違ってほんとに気持ちいいからなのか三日坊主にならなくてすみました🥺そしてそして!!この一週間でだいぶ姿勢が良くなったと実感しています!!なんなら猫背でいる方がしんどいです!!笑 横から見た時の肩の位置も段々後ろに戻ってきていて感動です😭🫶🏻3つともこれからも続けていこうと思います!!こんな素敵な動画を上げてくださってありがとうございます!!!!!!

I have been doing this exercise for 5 days straight and i can definitely see some changes! I have a really bad posture and wide arms, but now it reduced and improved a lot! I also fix my posture every minute lol, You guys consistency is the key, for me this video works a lot! Thank you.

I have a partially torn right rotator cuff, bursitis in my left, and chronic neck pain. I've done many shoulder routines, but this one works like magic to unlock my shoulder and reduce the neck pain. Great routine! Glad I found it!

Hice este ejercicio las primeras tres semanas de noviembre, mis brazos medían 29cm y al final fueron 26cm, pero deje de hacerlos porque no me daba tiempo y gané 1cm, los estoy volviendo hacer ah ver si logro bajar más los brazos, en verdad funciona, solo hay que ser constante. 👌

@@belindagarciarosas9146 llegaron a medir 23cm, pero deje de hacerlo por falta de tiempo y gané dos cm más, ya no lo hago diario, lo hago cada dos días o tres días a la semana solo para evitar subir más.

Definitely gonna try this for real since I read some good results, I have a bad posture that's why I don't have confidence to dress prettier. Hope this help me . I will update every-day if it really works, fighting fams we can do this.

巻き肩だけで 色々なエクササイズがあるので 飽きずに ついやりたくなりますね 背中のエクササイズと組み合わせて やってみました 筋トレ程 キツくなく ストレッチと交互で とてもやりやすいです

Day 1✅ Day 2✅ Day 3✅ Day 4 ✅ my whole back n shoulders are achingg so bad 😭 Day 5❌ got sick so i had to rest Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ the ache is gone. The exercises r wayy easier now *_I can definitely see my shoulder hump beginning to decrease n my neck looks more slender than usual...?_* Day 8✅ much more easier n there's no more pain when I stretch the muscles. Also feels like the workout finishes really quickly

@@valeria-in6dr tengo q tener cuidado, no muevo mucho ya q después tuve un accidente ( estuve en coma tres meses y rehabilitación por tres años, quedé con algo de no sé q en la vértebra lumbar, no sé si la 4 o 5, lo sabe mi esposo ) ahora soy algo lenta y ( traumada por mucho busto je,je) pero se q hay q poner empeño !
