Idk if my arms got thinner or shoulders rounder but definitely gives me more confidence and also makes me feel energetic and it helped me fix my posture, been 2 weeks already!

Been doing this for a week and half (not continuous) but I already see some changes in my arms and I can already feel my collarbone (unlike before). My Mom also mentioned that my arms lost fats. I will definitely continue doing this. Thank you so much! ❤️

if you're looking for a sign to do this exercise, this is it. i have been doing this for a little over a week and i already see a huge difference!!! i've always had a rounded back / bad posture and holy crap this genuinely is the first time i'm ever seeing noticable progress. just do this at least once a day, preferrably twice (one in the morning + one at night) and you will definitely see your rounded shoulders disappear

You can't influence where your body puts fat. You can just get leaner in your entire body. Besides, wouldn't the shoulders be one of the best places for your body to put fat? Just makes you look more buff.

After a month of doing this semi-frequently, I've noticed that my posture + flexibility have somewhat improved! ✨In the past, I struggled with zipping the back of my dresses, but it's gotten much easier now. My shoulders/arms did get a bit slimmer, but that might be largely due to diet + calorie-burning exercises I did in addition to this video (20 minute biking + 10~50 minutes ab and glute workouts daily).
I have saved this video and i tried this exercise for 20 days and trust me it works my shoulder became so attractive. If you want to achieve this you need to do this for 15-20 days and its easy i have tried and you don't need some kind of motivation to do this. You just have to stand up and do it. If you are skinny u will get result in 2 weaks and if you are chubby person you will get results late but be patience

@@rahilaa.s5544 Try doing it twice a day, if possible. I did it once a day along with Emi Wong's collarbone workout. And once I got tired of doing this workout I switched to Yuuka Sagawa's other arm, back, shoulder videos. They're easy to follow and most definitely work! I generally did it before going to bed. But if you do it in the morning it feels really good! Like your chest and arms have been opened up. Took me three-four days to feel the difference and almost over a week to see it. Hope this helps! No diet btw hehe

Gonna update everyday I am doing it for 2 weeks, I have already done 4 days and I am doing it twice a day with one more streching workout Day 1 ✅ I did exercise after 2 months so i felt a lot relaxed so much that after excercise I just went to sleep Day 2 ✅ it was easier and felt really good Day 3✅ my shoulders and back feels so good they are less stiff and my arms were burning 🔥 Day 4✅ my shoulders look a bit less round and my back feels so good 😍 Day 5✅ my upper back is getting straight Day 6✅it's pretty easy now Day 7✅my arms look leaner and my back looks more straight Day 8✅my posture is a lot better Day 9✅it's so easy now I am having fun while doing it Day 10✅4 days more to go 😁 Day 11✅my arms looks slimmer not much but it looks slimmer Day 12✅my collarbones are so defined now i didn't notice first but now they look so defined Day 13✅done Day 14✅done Results :- My back is so much straighten andy collarbones are so shap now they can cut anything , my posture is improved alot and my shoulders are not stiff anymore they are so much more relaxed. I totally recommend this The only thing is that you have to try to be consistent atleast , try to do it daily and i am sure you would get even better results. Thanks for being with me on my journey

Day 1✅ Day 2✅ Day 3✅ Day 4 ✅ my whole back n shoulders are achingg so bad 😭 Day 5❌ got sick so i had to rest Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ the ache is gone. The exercises r wayy easier now *_I can definitely see my shoulder hump beginning to decrease n my neck looks more slender than usual...?_* Day 8✅ much more easier n there's no more pain when I stretch the muscles. Also feels like the workout finishes really quickly

@@chenlan1897 i stopped and i started to do the other one which has 14 million views and it is veryy useful in 3 days i lost a lot of shoulder fat very successful

Yo everybody I'm here editing my comment so just wanna tell u guyz that I've did these exercises for like 3 days now and yeah I can clearly see results I know it didn't burned the fat which is obv coz it will take some time but it really helped me with my posture Looking forward to the coming dayyss..... @@valeria-in6dr tengo q tener cuidado, no muevo mucho ya q después tuve un accidente ( estuve en coma tres meses y rehabilitación por tres años, quedé con algo de no sé q en la vértebra lumbar, no sé si la 4 o 5, lo sabe mi esposo ) ahora soy algo lenta y ( traumada por mucho busto je,je) pero se q hay q poner empeño !

I tried this today for the first time and I repeated it twice coz why not? There's nothing to lose i guess maybe except for the fats? 👀😆 Huhu i hope this will finally solve my problems on my arms and back 🙏😭 maybe I'd do this 2x a day for a faster results...

Doing this for a while now (maybe one and half month) and I have noticed that my collar bone is visible and my waist size also decreased (not the belly fat )
