Today's recipe is 'Chestnut Paste' using autumn chestnuts.
The non-sweet chestnut paste is useful in many ways, so I think it'd be good to make it.
Chestnut paste with 3 ingredient
재료
500g Boiled and peeled chestnuts
500g Milk
125g Brown sugar (or Mascobado, Dark brown sugar)
Chestnut 1: Milk 1: Sugar 0.25
How to store the paste
1. The finished chestnut paste is about 800-830g.
2. If you refrigerate it, you can store it for a week.
3. If frozen, you can store it in a zipper bag for 6 months.
