Happy to know. Just 2 days ago, I recently completed my 87 hours fast on Ekadashi continuation. Yes mental clarity, lesser craving and last but not least Stem cell activation will amaze you Mr Chetan.

Wow Sir! Thanks for sharing your 72hrs fasting experience. Setting an example of self control for our own betterment 👍👍 I tried 16 hrs fasting for few weeks. I was able to control my hormone levels especially my Thyroid hormone. One should try if possible it's good and can give you desired results. One should be consistent and honest to oneselves for following such fasting technique 😊

मैंने आज 72 hours fast complete किया.. जिसमें मैंने GYM जाकर exercise भी किया.. पर तीसरे दिन आख़री की 5-6 घंटे में थोड़ा सा सर दर्द हुआ फिर मैंने चहरे पर पानी मारा fresh हुआ और gym गया, gym जाकर trade mill पर 30 मिनट walk किया और हलकी exercise की और कुछ देर बाद सर दर्द चला गया.. मैंने इसे पहले 50 hours तक fast किया था.. इस बार मैंने 72 hours fast किया और मुझे विश्वास नही हो रहा.. मै पिछले 8 महीने से fast कर रहा हू.. शुरवात के 3-4 महीने मैंने 2 meal a day के साथ 16:8 intermitten fasting की.. अभी लगभग 4 महीने से मै ONE MEAL A DAY कर रहा हू इसलिए मुझे 72 HOURS FASTING मे ज्यादा मुश्किल नही हुई पर जब किया तब विश्वास नही हुआ की मैंने भी 72 hours fast किया.. मैंने इन 72 hours fast मे सिर्फ plain water पिया है.. Last के 5-6 hours मे Coffe पीकर GYM जाने का सोच रहा था पर मैंने Coffe नही पी क्युकी मै Clean water fast करना चाहता था.. Coffe इसलिए भी नही पी की insuline spike होने का डर था..

Maine 6 month ke gap me 3 baar 72 hour ka water Fast kiya hai...😊 Aur 1 Aug 24 se OMAD shuru kiya hai 😊

Ekadashi Fast Rakhta hoon Maine Mai 2 Bar 24 hours Each. Aur Banki Din Mai only 2 Meals Khata Hoon 100% Veg aur 3 se 4 Liter Water Peeta Hoon with Few salt + half Nimboo + Black Pepper. Exercise k lie Walk Karta hoon almost 8 Km every morning Aur I sit and Stand Up 50 times without support of hands, doing this helps to fight Aging and removes Brain Fog!!

Don’t eat fruit eat meat eggs butter and ghee only. 3 days your body in ketone after eating carb then stop. I did 5 days. I eat only meat eggs butter and ghee last 10 years. No carb i lost 60 pounds

Fast karte hai toh sir dard, iching, irrtation, chakkar aana ye sab good sign hai body andar se clean hoti hai bcoz humari energy save hoti hai aur increse hoti toh woh body detox karti hai... your extra fat burn.. am doing 1.5 month i lost 6 kg and skin glow also energy shine

I must say this is one of the most genuine review videos that I have ever seen on fasting challenges. Chetan sir genuinely shared his experience at different time frames unlike those biased review videos that say that they are at ease without consuming anything, do not have any impact of these long hours of fasting on them and there is no difference between a normal day eating habits and keep long hour fasting. I'm really happy that sir you break your own record and set a new one. may you keep discovering your hidden potential, keep breaking your records, and keep sharing your insights with us so that we can also learn and work towards breaking our records and discovering our hidden potential? We are having genes of hunters who sometimes not able to hunt for 7,8 days.. and everything is about habits you develope ..either it is for body or mind or anything but it has to be slow to last longer ..any thing quicker is for short time , true for money as well ..

Sir, the electrolytes that you took contains dextrose i.e sugar which awakens the insulin secretion might reduces the benifits of fasting. you would have tried with sugarfree electrolytes.

This type of fasting is a usual practice in Jainism. We only take boiled water during the day from sunrise till sunset. After that no water till sunrise the next morning. There are many who do it for 3-8 days. Recently 1 person did it for 30 days continuously. It's a good practice and has lots of benefits for the body and mind as well. Our immunity also builds up.

Break the fast with vegetable / fruit juices followed by whole fruits and then get onto the regular meal.

These extreme things can give shock to body . Sudden some impact can cause issues. Every body type is different . Don't go for some fancy fads . Fasting once a week or 15 days is safe recommendation . Again advise of doctor is key here and we should follow that ,

Started with 16 hrs fasting ,then green juice ,evening fruits ,a small cup soaked dry fruit,flax seed ,pumpkin seed ,night raw salad with 1 cup cooked fud from 1 week trust me its awesome ...i feel more energetic ,lite,relaxed ... ❤

Congratulations! Everything went smoothly, except for the fast-breaking process. It is recommended to break the fast by consuming a small amount of watermelon, bone broth, or soup, and then gradually increase the quantity. Note: It's an old video, but I'm posting it now for the viewers. By the way, take a pinch of pink salt while fasting and dilute it in a glass of water.

I do keep dry fast on Ekadashi for approximately 30-32 hours. Some of the benefits can only be felt like mind clarity, focus etc.

Hats off Sir, at this age you're fasting as long as 3 days! I'm 27, still I don't have the guts to do that. This video inspired me to do 16 hours fasting daily, I didn't have courage earlier in spite of knowing that cellular rejuvenation is important for me. Now I can think that if Chetan Sir can do for 72 hours, why can't I do for just 16! Thank you so much ❤

I think eating so much food while breaking extended fast is not good for digestion. After 2 hours of breaking fast with little food one can eat normal portion of food.

This is NOT a proper water fast. You cannot have diet coke, soda water , black coffee during a water fast. Although electrolytes could still be permissible to support the kidneys and avoid dehydration. Note hydration is not just consumption of water, but the optimal absorption of it at cellular level. Your electrolytes must have potassium (at higher conc), magnesium, himalayan pink salt and possibly some osmolytes like creatine, taurine. However you are NOT allowed to drink diet coke and soda water during fasting. Diet coke , contrary to popular belief is quite unhealthy and negatively impacts your microbiome. Day 1 you can do intensive cardio, but day 2 you would have probably depleted your glycogen stores, so day 2 and day 3 should be just briskly moderate walks and light weights. Also fasting is no good if you are not measuring and sharing some basic parameters daily, key ones being spot blood glucose fasting, spot insulin fasting, blood ketones day 2 and day 3, spot blood pressure and possubly some inflammatory markers like hsCRP. Next time, consult a medical nutritionist before doing a water fast the "proper way " .
