VF-114 was nice, I wanted to be stationed on the Enterprise but went to the Lincoln. I served from 1992 to 1996. Got out for 6 months then went back in. They put me on a sub and i got out in 2000. You know I grew up in Las Vegas but my wife wanted to be close to her parents in California but wanted you ro know that I love your work. I too work on cars. I'm currently restoring a 1980 c10. I restored a 1972 Mach 1 and a 1977 trans am

@@JEpton73 How do you go from an F14 squadron to a sub!? Couldn’t do it buddy, I love the ocean, but prefer the view from above! I got the Blazer from my cousin in Pahrump, he was a cop in Vegas and also a stunt man in Hollywood. Im up in Reno, funny how people think Reno is next to Vegas, always have to explain they’re 500 miles apart. My first Mustang was a 73 Mach 351C, Cobra Jet heads, and a 4 speed. Awesome car, should have never sold it. Thank you so much for your service and thanks for the kind words!

When I went back to the recruiter he told me subs or nothing. At the time I thought it was a new book of bs. Buy apparently I think it was a quota thing and I just didn't know it. I got alot of shit for me being a roof rat on a sub hehe. I know I wish I didn't sell mine mustang either. I also fixed up a 65 mustang and a 70 nova. I regret selling them. I know your pain brother.
