for all of those asking: NO, you CAN'T replace the glutinous rice flour with another kind of flour! You'll end up making something else. look for a longer and more detailed Dango video recipe if you have questions about it

Just need hot water and mixed until the dough not stick in the bowl , most importantly and tricky how much water you put , it must perfect texture, so for beginners remember don’t pour all the flour ( just in case you need if the dough to wet )

My family called it onde-onde and usualy give it color by: Pink=cococola Green=pandan/pandan leaf White=nothing Then we boil it with ginger and water and also eat it while drinking the ginger water (i don’t know what it’s called in english)

no, it won’t cook fully. trust me, i already made the mistake of using regular flour instead of glutinous flour. it ended up powdery inside. not edible at all 😭

There are no measurements. I'm Chinese so I make these a lot, there are no measurements. Just wing it. Do whatever Too much liquid? Just add flour. Too dry? Just add water. Until you get the perfect texture There are no measurements.

No I think you have to use this type of sticky rice flour but I see other use normal rice flour but the result looks little different

if u dont have glutinous rice flour, u can get sticky rice, cook it, leave it out (not in fridge) for like 3 hours to make it dry and then blend it and u have glutinous rice flour (well thats what i saw what to do on a yt vid lol)
