I just change the ingredients to make the dish suit my taste. And I just hope my video has an easy way to communicate so that you can successfully make the dishes that you like. It’s great! Chewy Flavorful milk mochi Definitely try it if you like creamy chewy flavours/texture (Do not store it in the fridge i recommend eating it in a day otherwise it gets a starchy pasty consistency and dries up :(

In the Philippines we also have a sweet treat made out of milk, it's basically just mixing condensed milk into the powdered milk and than coating it in white sugar(it needs to be coated in the white sugar or else it will be very sticky)

I had the same problem then i saw that the most important thing in making mochi is that you need GLUTINOUS rice flower not simple rice flower

Important tip: make sure to sift your glutinous flour otherwise it will clump together when you try to mix it.
