Ingredients for making peanut butter cookies:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract

@@pineapplelulu7194 i make them 14 grams each and add small peanut butter cups even a few days later theyre not hard but i microwave them for 10-15 seconds and it tastes like its fresh 👍

Instead of tooth pick, I wet a fork with water and dip in sugar then press twice in x pattern on dough.

I made a recipe from better bolder bakers channel and while they were good they did not stay soft I even made sure to seal them well and I underbaked them by a few minutes yet the next day they are crunchy and sandy I mean still good cause peanut butter cookies are my favorite but I had to wrap it in a wet paper towel and microwave them for 15-20 sec to get them nice and soft again. The only difference in your two recipes are she added baking soda and baking powder.
