Update: I have been making my version ever since I saw his video a year ago. My version uses extra crunchy peanut butter and half of the sugar (of course adding the egg). Sooooo good! I was very pleasantly surprised by how great these turned out! Then I got a little decadent and added a fourth ingredient. I made a small pit on the top of the cookies while they were cooling and put a scoop of jelly to make PB&J cookies 😋 I would recommend that too 👌🏼

Hi David, been hanging out to make some peanut butter cookies for my husband. I changed up the sugar using half a cup of dark brown sugar and half a cup of caster sugar because that's what I had. I also added my own touch by adding a drop of plum jam making them Pb&J drops. Thanks for another great recipe xoxox.
