+succelus Good day! The kettle bell I am using in this video is 36 pounds.. I have used up to 44, 52, 62, 72, 88, and 105 on certain body parts when I do a kettle bell circuit routine. Find a bell size that is good for you where you technique is not sacrificed! Keep me updated and let me know your progress. Cheers!

+succelus Start with a weight u can do 5 reps with, and then build it up to 20 reps. once u got up to 20 reps you will have the muscle bulk from the low reps, and it will build huge strength when u can do 20 reps comfortable, then increase the weight a bit, start at 5 reps again, and work up to 20 :> i do all my learning on 12kg, then 16kg.. now im on 20kg low reps high weight builds bulk muscle, high reps builds strength, there seems to be a tradeoff, u cant go up infinatly and keep to 20 reps for every weight.. but i can keep it up so far to 20kg.. , but it will build you damn fast, ive lost 40kg fat in a year :) also i rest dynamicly ie. i work every day, but on my "rest" days i do walking or swimming or something slow paced, easy going :) keep mindfull, keep working at the person you wanna be :-) a year goes in a blink of an eye

Oh thanks for the advices and the tips, I really appreciate it :) In fact my goal is also to lose fat, so far I'm on a keep it simple diet (Low Carb and enough proteins to keep lean masse, no processed/refined foods) I lost ~20 Kg of fat in 3 months so far. My problem is that I can't do much of bodyweight workouts too much overweight and not enough strength! This is where I want to improve. As you said time flies :) I will try your advices.

+succelus i had alot of weight when i was given anti-psychotics i couldnt do a single pushup, now i can do 3 set's of 10 :) i guess its just about doing what u can do, modifying anything to make it work for you, like if u cant do pushup, do it from ur knees, and if u cant do one from ur knees, then u do it oposite, start from knees, and lower urself slowly as u can.. and after a week or two u should be able to do one.. and then half the battle is solved, its really tough going, but so worth it, u cant fail at a challange, but you can attack it from another angle and see if that works
