Hi there. These drills will be similar in other lineages, although these are from his own schools syllabus that he teaches in the UK. His teachers are Shawn Rawcliffe, Samual Kwok, Ip ching and Ip chun. Thanks for the feed back!

@@garethswain9108 Thanks for your time. I find it strange but healthy, that so many WC schools add their own stuff. Such type of schools progress way more than others. PS. Yes, some drills are the same in all schools maybe, but I think most aren't. Not sure.
