Ciao Marisa, I really do love the renovations in this home, capturing the modern feel and functionality, yet keeping the old-world charm of the buildings structure. I absolutely love the kitchen. As I am retiring, I am not looking for a business, but I am certainly open to someone else having one. Especially a dentist. This village is so beautiful, it's like being on holiday in your own hometown. Marisa, once again you blew me away with the price, under 500.000 euro, is a steal. Such a magnificent listing. First of all, great presentation (as usual). If you like "modern" a tasteful property with some lovely design features. Chianni is beautiful, large enough to be engaging and small enough to give a sense of community. Ever considered a fractional ownership project (like Apassionata but at a lower entry point)? I'd be interested... ❤

I have checked for you and the owner. will be taking. her equipment to open a new studio once the home is sold, however, of the new owner wants to rent out the downstairs, she would be happy to stay on as a tenant with her practise. Also, if that wasn't to happen, the wonderful thing is that the practise has been. set up with all the correct electrical systems for those larger machines. I hope that helps @MINDSET4LIFE. 🥰🤗
