@@grantwinsauer499 Grant, if Sam Mustipher "sucked" much of it was due to coaching and scheme. Do you remember how lost Kyle Long looked in Nagy's 2.0 system; once Harry Hiestand was forced out and the Bears hired Juan Castillo? Ryan Pace's roster will look 100% better with Eberflus & Co., in charge. I'm not convinced on Ryan Poles yet (he let a lot of good players walk and all he's done is replace them with "question marks" at best (for more money). But, I think the draft was decent (he had good scouts) even though Velus was taken surprisingly high. Time will tell.

Its a pity that the club don't do more of these kind of videos throughout the season for 30-35 minutes a piece, it is a great insight into the goings on behind the scenes that we fans don't get to see otherwise, and follow the whole draft process, contract times, pre-season aspect, cuts and then finally preparing for and playing games during the season.

Has there ever been a new coaching staff come in and completely overhaul a roster and support staff from top to bottom like Poles and Eberflus just did with the Chicago Bears? This was a head-spinning off-season. I've never seen so many high quality moves. Risky, yet almost certain to make immediate, and long-term impacts on the division. Can they repeat it as the off-season progresses and again in the following years?

At the end of the day Football is a young man’s game…In other sports veteran teams usually prevail (Why were the Bears so great in the 80s,and won a super bowl in January 1986?….It was because of the greatest draft in NFL history…The 1983 draft (The Bears didn’t need a Quarterback that year,because they drafted McMahon in 82’…however they solidified their roster with their draft picks).
