Yes! Chi Chi is back! Love these total body vids that incorporate a lot of leg work. Been meaning to thank you again, have been going strong mixing up the weights every other day or so for two years now. I use a 44 for arms and a 62 for swings, squats and related. It can be brutal for sure, but I've put on some muscle and feel great. Committing to the "Chi Chi Way" is not easy, though it is manageable (unlike having to drag yourself to the gym), and you just can't get that athletic, all-around healthy look and capability by just pumping iron and running on a treadmill. It also ingrains in you ways to train without bells, like if you're on vacation. It is a "no excuse" philosophy. Chi Chi will kick your butt in a good, fun way in only 20 minutes, but stick with it and you'll get results and feel great! Happy to answer any questions folks might have. Chi Chi, love the vid. Another option to consider while on vacation, is that kettlebells are so cheap, you could pick a decent one up at Walmart for a few dollars then give to a local (or sell if money is tight) and help start them on there Kettlebell journey.

I'm still a beginner. I started working out 30mn /day with the KB. Yes, i use to watch different vídeos each day. This is way it's never monotonous :) your vídeos are simple and accessible. I like it very much. Thankssssssss. Have a great day too :)
