WOW. I love this recipe made with chicken. The heath benefits of turmeric is an added bonus. Thanks Andy.

Yes, chicken makes it easier to make and tastes so good with the mint through it.

Mmmm this looks delish, it reminds me of your Aquadito recipe I made. I'm in love with the chilli paste this will be on my list for this week! Could I make it with chicken thighs?? x

Hola Chelsey! Yes you’ve got a great eye, it is very similar to the soup recipe 🙌🏽 So happy you like the chilli paste, we use it in 99.99% of Peruvian dishes! Hahaha yes, of course you can make it with chicken thighs. Please send me a photo next time you make one of my recipes via Instagram or Facebook 😊

Is it ment leaves?
@eatingwithandy94294 жыл бұрын
Absolutely. It’s traditionally done with Huacatay, a Peruvian mint but spearmint or normal mint will work just fine!

I want to make this but stuck finding yellow chilli paste, any alternatives we can use?
@eatingwithandy94294 жыл бұрын
LadyVenom Way hi dear! For this recipe you can omit the yellow chilli or you could use any type of plain chilli paste like a red one. Just use 1/2 tablespoon instead. Would love to see a pic if you make it ☺️ please tag or send me one on Insta/Facebook @eating.with.andy
