Add a couple tbsp of butter for a creamy feel, a little corn starch in water to thicken it (simmer it to thicken) and a shake of cayenne or ‘slap ya mamma’. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Just ordered the 3 liter pressure cooker. Can’t wait to get it!

Hey Dan, I noticed your walking stick in the background...I purchased two, one for me and one for my son who is special needs...From a guy in Kentucky a year ago. Any chance you got yours from him? since I noticed yours ALSO has the corkscrew vine on it which is what 1/2 of his have.

WOW, looked really tasty, from Minnesota - time for comfort food. Love cooking outdoors - mostly so I can smoke a cigar without offending anyone. Chopping veggies outdoors reminded me of youtube channel MAV - cooking on the back of his pickup. MENGRILLs look phenomenal - checking them out.
