I tried this recipe - it was amazing! It is the first time my family tasted this - my wife and kids LOVED it, especially the 3rd version with coconut milk! I love chicken curry recipe, I ate it many times at Indian restaurants here in Jordan, it's tase seduced me to try make it at home, so I looked for more than 10 videos and none of them includes an easy way for a non Indians, even for someone who never cooks before 😂, I find your video and they way you make the recipe seems easy to me, and your face reaction when you taste it is the result I was waiting for to be sure that this the recipe I want to prepare, so I tried it today and this is the first time in my life I try to cook, I would like to thank you millions times because it was the exact taste of chicken curry I used to eat in Indian restaurants 😍😍😍

Hey Daniel since you've made it soo many times thought i'd ask you this question. In the ingredients for tomato it says 4N. What is 4N? Should i use 1 whole tomato? i'm a beginner cook and have no idea what that means. thank you
@danielw71263 жыл бұрын
Jason, I never quite figured it out myself. And I'm honestly a simple at home chef myself. I just enjoy cooking is all. I typically alter or adjust the size of the meal using how much tomato and onion I put in. I use 1 whole tomato for a simple 2-3 person meal. 2 for 4-6 people. Adjust the ingredients to taste for the larger meal. How much chicken too of course. You can also adjust up for more sauce in your meal, which some folks prefer. The tomato is one of the easier ingredient to play with to change the meal size without altering the flavor a lot.
@jasontaylor22373 жыл бұрын
