I did this yesterday but instead of chicken breast, I went for baked honey chicken ham. For a thicker consistency I add cornstarch slurry, parmesan cheese and chilli flakes before eating. My husband loves it! 🥰

I made this today but since we didn't have fettuccine on hand I just used elbow macaroni and it's super good although I won't say quite the same. We also don't have half-and-half where we live so I just used milk and corn flour and it's bomb! this is such a good recipe I don't normally eat mushrooms but the way this recipe compliments the flavor of mushrooms is amazing! My granddaughter asked me if we could make this a couple of days ago. I've never made it and my wife hasn't made it in over 30 years. Since I had not made anything like this before I cheated a little and bought the sauce but followed your easy instructions for everything else. It came out great! Even the 6 yo picky eater liked it. When I bought this at Olive Garden it came with fried zucchini I cooked that for the first time also, I should have cooked more there wasn't enough to have seconds. A lot of people don't like real onion in this recipe but it does impart a really nice flavor to it especially when you cook them the way you did which is them getting very browned off. When I make this with my little girls we just use a little onion powder for that flavor because they still haven't gotten to the point where they are agreeable to eat onions and it still tastes pretty good.

Mad Rasta this isn’t a light sauce. It have cream in it via the half and half. This is a bastard Alfredo without Parmesan. If you want a light sauce look at Bon Appétit, they show how to make a sauce without any sort of cream or milk.

I made this for dinner for my family and wooooooooooow. I used 1 cup of low-fat milk and 1 cup of evaporated creamer (cuz that's what we have on hand) and threw in a slice of cheese for saltiness. Some chilli flakes too. It was so creamy and thiccc and good!

So, first I knew how to fry/boil eggs... The next dish i learn was fried chicken breast with mashed potatoes... This is my third dish... By god I swear, this recipe is heavenly! You're a goddess! It did turn out slightly different than what's presented as I messed up my pasta to sauce proportions, but still so good. Cooking will be my new hobby it seems. Ah, gotta watch my weight now.

I just made it and it incredibly delicious ! I just added Parmesan cheese when wait was time to add the half and half. And it was the best choice I have ever made. It totally transformed it and was delicious. I have also made it without cheese and it was equally as delicious. I absolutely love this recipe.
