This lady's recipes are the only recipes you'll ever need. Look no further. Throw out your cookbooks. She has a huge variety of really good recipes, complete will videos that are to the point. Give this lady her own TV show.

Totally agree with you. We all love Nagi’s recipe. Dinner and Tonight are the only cookery/recipe books remaining in our household. Purchase them for families too. ❤️❤️❤️

I always poach the thighs in wine, chicken stock, garlic, pepper and a bit of tarragon, and then use the poaching liquor for the roux.

So many completly unnecessary steps. Could have just rolled out one piece of pastry to fit the tin.

she demonstrated connecting the two because most store bought pastry sheets are not big enough to span the entire length of the recommended size for this dish

One of my favourites. Haven't used mustard, but. I'll give it a run, seeing as how you're smarter than me at this. Or everything, probably. Any leftover filling gets a spud thrown in and is turned into soup. Hoping for a little cold snap before spring now.
