I just came across this video by chance but I must give credit where it due. Not only is he teaching us how to cook but he is also giving essential tips on how to prevent the chicken from hardening due to extra cooking and how to prevent soggy vegetables and little tips. Most chefs don't do that and then we wonder why the dish has not come out the way it should and is a disaster ! You have earned a follower guru and I wish you all the best !
