8-10 GREEN CHILLI
3 BAY LEAF (BANGLADESHI TEZ PATA)
2 CINNAMON (CASIA BARK) - 3 INCH CINNAMON STICK
1 STAR ANISE
1 TSP PEPPERCORN
8-10 CLOVE
8-10 CARDAMOM
1 TBS CURRY POWDER
1 TBS SALT
6 CUPS BOILING WATER
PILAF RICE:
4 CUPS RICE
1/2 CUP VEGETABLE OIL
2 HEAPED TBS GHEE
1 SLICED ONION
1 TBS CHOPPED GARLIC
2 TBS CHOPPED GINGER
1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS
1 HEAPED TSP SALT
1/4 CUP WATER TO COOK THE ONION
1 CUP FROZEN MIX VEGETABLES OR GARDEN PEAS
8-10 GREEN CHILLI
4 TBS MILK POWDER

Only use drumsticks and thighs my self ...its the best stays do tender and flavourful .👍🇦🇺 The chicken breast is way to dry....ruins it. Love your recipe . I was refeshing my memory seen you and was pleased .well done.😊🇦🇺👍👍...

Mate, would you please advise as to what brand/heat of curry powder you are using? I am a firm devotee of Bolst's curry powder, but I want to be able to accurately replicate the authentic Bangladeshi flavour, rather than Indian influenced flavour. Thank you!

I like the way your stove and dishes are clean and neat when cooking. You don't have rice flying all over the place; dirty dishes, and loud syncopated music assaulting my delicate sensibilities. I am going to try and cook this for a friend.

"Well" this be a nice one to try, sometime in the future. However i spent yesterday making Latif's Garlic Ginger puree his tomato puree and the base gravy. i love my curry's :) i was just offered a job in my local curry house because my missis was spouting off how much i love cooking curry's to the boss when she went to pick up our takeaway it was probable just a joke we'll see. :) but big different from cooking in your own kitchen. Tonight I'm trying for the first time Bengal Chicken from our takeaway. Fairly hot curry cooked with pickle and lime. cant wait.

Nope dried milk powder. Standard milk powder that you would put in coffee etc.

Just reduce the portions ..chicken and rice .any extra you make ..put in fridge for next day..Half the recipe shown..

more than likely dude, i think you can put any meat in the bone in the stock pot and boil the same way, deffo gona be doing this in the week

you might like to de bone the chicken after cooking, then kids do not get bones and you can mix it. before adding the rice, then the rice and chicken can be mixed together, with no risk of chocking on bones.
