Thank you Latifs. Great idea doing the tomato sauce in the left overs in the pan at the end - I always put the tomatoes into the main sauce, but doing it your way you still have solid tomatoes.

Although it takes a bit longer to cook while making a video explaining the process it's amazing to me how such fantastic dishes can be turned out cooking from fresh and getting them to the customer's tables fast enough to avoid them waiting hours for their order. It's really impressive and that Roghan Josh looked heavenly. I'll definitely make that very soon. Thank you Latif.

Good job Chef, that chicken rogon josh looks the real deal, and also thanks for doing these recipes for those of us don't make base gravy's, you have to be the first, well done, now we can create something that resembles Indian food at home. Thanks again, and the best tip I've learned is the use of water in the curry, who would have thought it.

New to your channel and so pleased to find you, love Indian food which stems back to my childhood over 50 years ago, when a lovely Indian lady called Aristhma let me in to her secret recipe for a basic curry which me and all my extended family pass on and enjoy to this day, thank you for sharing your lovely exciting meals, i'll certainly be giving them a go 🙂

Nice dish Chef, 50/50 restaurant style and home style, the Rogon Top finishes it of nicely. Deep frying the chicken would be an alternative at home, like chicken roast. Good to watch your take on these dishes, keep them coming Latif.

Absolutely brilliant, Ive been cooking curries for many years but I think I learned something here, especially my favourite dish, thank you. My dishes are Sri lankan so quite hot and lots of coconut juice. Maybe a quick guide on Bangladesh style flat breads would be interesting levenened and unleavened.

Lovely. I do need to try cooking without base sauce. I'd love to see some popular curries made using your base too though!

I have no idea how your videos turned up on my selections a few weeks ago, but I am having a ball watching them. I grew up on most of these dishes as a child living in Australia when we didn't even have a single Asian restaurant in our city (a while ago). Watching you is like being in my step-nanna's kitchen! So many memories! Thanks for your generosity in sharing your recipes and techniques with us. I will definitely be coming for a meal if/when we can travel again and I can come to the UK. আপনি
Thanks for the videos, they are great. I'm going to try and cook the Tikka Massala on Thursday. I've already completed portions of the Gravy base with success...wish me luck! lol

I’ve been watching so many of your videos, absolutely love the way you cook and explain. I’m dying to try a few dishes! A quick question - what do you do with all of the whole spices (bay leaves, cinnamon, etc ). Do you just leave them in the curry when it’s done or do you generally remove? Thanks again for these brilliant videos and your great attitude!

These are dishes I enjoy eating at the Bangladeshi restaurant I visit. Would love to see them cooked from scratch in your style, I’d love to try making one then. All the best to you and yours

Hi Latif, can you please suggest what sized aluminium pan to use. Measurements of pan across the top, and depth, For 2 plus people. I am using a normal non stick pan, and that ain't good enough in my world! I know this will make a difference, as you can't get the caramelized stuff going on in a non stick...please help! Another good idea for pans ect used in your kitchen for your next video. What you think? Thanks for all recipes, they are the bomb? 😊

I'm wondering curry powder and all those spices suggest used equivalent weigh of garam masala turmeric and chilli powder to taste as as garam masala has a lot of the spices that have been doubled up...
