Looks delicious! But mama would have slapped me out of the kitchen for using that metal whisk on a nonstick pan. What kind of skillet are you using?

Looks to be a carbon steel pan. They become naturally nonstick via a layer of polymerized fats from cooking oil and metal utensils don’t affect the coating (also called “seasoning”). Kind of like cast iron.
