Made this Tika Masalah for dinner and it was so delicious. Hey everyone you need to give it a go. Its so tasty. I skewered the chicken pieces after marinating them and then placed them under the grill. I found it quicker and easier. Awesome recipe 😘😋

This is the kind of food I dare to cook. Thank you. Your technique in cooking the chicken is marvelous. Definitely I will apply your way in cooking Tikka Masala next week. I couldn't find Turmeric powder here in Montreal But I will use a little liquid. Your cherry tomato looks like organic ones.

Wael Darwish you can find turmeric powder almost everywhere.. if you have Walmart close to your address you would find it at baking department by salt and spices shelves .. or try middle eastern food markets or Indian markets..

And for a change, am an expert at this:) This is an interesting version where you roasted the chicken pieces while generally we cook it in the vessel itself However, since you believe in simplifying cooking ,I am sure the folks would love it. It looks sumptuous and now I will have my dinner of an interesting Indian chicken curry.

Just made this! Turned out super well, learned how to make naan in the process as well. Awesome recipe! Just one thing. For the tomato puree, I didnt think it logical to buy so much of it since they come in small containers so i just made it using paste and water but it turned out watery. Was wondering if for 1 cup of puree, is 1/3 cup paste and 2/3 cup water okay?

just cook until slightly thicken.. next time use less water if was too watery
