Fantastic recipe! My wife called this afternoon and said she had no idea what to make for dinner. Told her to relax and left the office and picked up everything we didn't have and we both prepared the meal served with plantain. Followed it completely though had to use ugu and it came out really well. Thanks so much for being an awesome source of good food

Ify, I just found a short video you created and loved everything about it. So I immediately came to your channel and loved it even more. From the recipe to the colourfully well filmed tutorial that allow you to actually see what is going on to your beautiful voice and vibrant, magnetic personality! Thank you and I’ve just become your newest subscriber. But I do have a question that pertains to this recipe and others. I unfortunately have a pretty severe allergy to shellfish and fish in general. Basically I cannot eat anything that lives under water lol. So I’m wondering if there’s a substitution for the crayfish powder in this recipe? Is there a general item I can use to substitute for your recipes that contain actual fish? I do apologize for being a pain in the butt, just want to recreate your recipes without changing the overall dish too much. Thank you again and I cannot wait to see more of your videos. ❤ from Shannon in Canada 🇨🇦

IFY WHAT DID I DO WRONG?? Lol. Okay so everything was going perfect as I was completing the recipe. Once I started to cook down my pepper mix it just continued to dry out and the oil never rised up like yours, it never got soft and oil, just drier. (Perfect if I was going to make stew chicken lol). I kept waiting but eventually I took all the pepper mix out, added it to a pan of hot oil and fried it to get the consistency of yours in the video and then continued on with the recipe. What could I have done? I have to know so that I can get your delicious recipe right! Please let my know it thoughts. Thank you so much!
