No, Sake brew is at 3:10. Red bell pepper is put in with the onion and green pepper Paprika is separate I didn't even see it, probably mixed with tomato ketchup.

what is sake brew? When I google it, I only find sites about brewing sake.
That is quite an unusual looking dish! Like a Chinese chef interpreting a to-order request from Japanese customer describing paella on the basis of having eaten it but never seen it made... I bet it was delicious though.

I agree, he kind of stewed the rice like a Paella. Would have preferred he spoon out the tomato sauce and just fry the rice in hot oil and add the tomato sauce on top of that and finally chicken as a garnish but it would then possibly be a different dish then.

regardless, this is STILL sacrilegious heathens even by Japanese. i will not taste this even if you pay me. Sorry. When you put so much liquid with already cooked rice. it is NO LONGER rice but Porridge. look how soggy it is. Unacceptable. If Japnese Cooks don't jump her for this sacrilege i will be speechless.

not that weird. ketchup is basically just tomato with spices. Usually just garlic and onion powder... seems like that's making up the bulk of the seasoning in this rice and it gives it a nice color while not being spicy lol
