And what about in the case of my son, where the abuse allegations are false and it was actually his ex partner who was abusive but she had declared differently. She even managed to get herself into a dv refuge which has helped to back up her story. Why isn't there ever help for fathers who want to see their children

Can you find out how she "even managed" to got into the DV refuge? Take it you think they are 5* resorts with spas and all inclusive buffets, butlers and spending money thrown in... Are you for real? Why don't you stay well out if it, wait 6 months until your innocent lothario gets bored of you, and then comment? Narcissists love women who are easily manipulated and buy into their BS. Men who are respectful and innocent dont get anyone else involved and dont line up new victims immediately. Domestic violence survivors dont manage to get into refuges. Guess when he switches on you, you wont be looking for sympathy. I'd suggest asking the police for your fellas criminal background

Omg You are so helpful, my wife, who I am separated with has made totally ridiculous allegations saying I am violent and even trying to be sexual with my daughter, I am distraught. I have to go to court in two weeks for the first hearing and I am terrified, she has had me walking on eggshells for years. I am a big man and she is only small, but I felt like I was under control. Having said that I didn’t realise this until I moved out and although I am happier person in myself, I fear for my daughter because this woman is very controlling and I just hope that I can deal with this in court as I can’t afford a solicitor. Hi there, what if you do not have any police report as evidence is there any other way I can let them know my concerns. Abusers can be very manipulative especially in my case where I was groomed from a young age in this relationship at the age of 14 when he was 22 years old he was very good at keeping the reality of the situation. Even when police had been called to the property by a neighbour I didn’t say anything as I was scared to. It was so many years ago is there anything I can do.

I was the respondent. My ex made an application filling the c100 form, he had no evidences of any domestic abuse or such whatever however that was accepted by the court and they did not asked his to go through the mediations . My allegation were not accepted by cafcass , they said that is was historical despite that the children age 10 and 14 stated that the was abuse towards their mother and themselves. Casfaccs and the court ignored that. I ended up that Cafcass officer was very supporting to the other party, she even sat with his at the same table during the final hearing and they were chatting to each other like best friends. The cafcass changed my children statements. The children did not wanted to sleep over or spending more time with the father. The said that the father is ignoring their feelings and needs. That the father is threatening them to punish their mother and send her behind the bars if they keep saying that they don't want to see him. He blamed the children for hi spending the money o a solicitors. He punish them and did not pay the child maintainers. There are more and more. Final hearing and the judges behavior was inacceptable. He rule out that the girls must be made by me available for sleeping over, a one week summer holiday, promoting father in our everyday life itc. The girls never slept and refused summer holiday. The father keep threatening me and the children of breaching court order and making sure id get punished. Human Rights do not exist! Women and children's do not have voice! No help from any relevant organizations. They are bouncing you, like a basketball ball from one to another and no actions. Nobody can do anything. Is there is hope for justice ?

I've not watched this entire video just the first 2 & half minutes but I'm going through something similar with my ex partner. My solicitor has advised mediation but I have told them that my ex partner was abusive towards me & I still controlling to this day. Also my child has witnessed him be abusive to his current partner. So why has my solicitor still advised mediation?

Wow I've just had my second hearing today and no one has mentioned anything about the c1a form I filled in about the abuse is suffered apart form my ex denying it all in his statement. I'll be contacting my solicitor tomorrow to find out why they are not doing the job right. My guess is I'm getting legal aid so they are doing the minimum. I've not brought it up again as no one else seems interested in the abuse and keep telling me it all about my son I fucking know that's why I left him. If it had of just been me i I would of put up with the abuse a lot longer.

If you are in UK and the violent party has conviction go to one stop shop and get legal aid to take appropriate steps.

Why you do not mention when there is fact-finding and they find the allegation was made up, you seem to suggest that fact findings are only to find out whether the allegations are true and take action and when they are lies the law does not do anything

Same thing happened to me. Delayed contact for 4 months to do an investigation, investigation comes back that she lied and the courts did absolutely nothing about her lies but instead made a new hearing for 12 weeks later. The whole system is a broken mess.

What if strong women in the society, tried to implicate husband in false cases of domestic violence. what support is there for husband. If husband truely says ''No' to all the false allegations made againsit him by his wife, they why will law still ask him to go for a course and force him to accept what he never did.
