Maguire was rightly criticised by Keane and others for his celebration after scoring for England. At the end of the day he's been criticised for his performances in defense for Man Utd over several games and one goal against a team you're expected to beat comfortably isn't going to change anything. Why was he even picked for the Bulgaria game as selection should be based on form and his has been dreadful since the start of the season and he personally has been responsible for several critical mistakes in some of Utd's worst performances this season. I can probably name 4 or 5 occasions where Utd have conceded due to an error he made. Lets also not forget he's Man Utd captain and should be leading by example, which if that is the case, you can understand why they've been so poor as a unit.

I wrote a whole comment about Ronaldo's work ethic and why he needs to be captain, trophies, no Fred or Ole and so on. I accidently caught my home screen button and come back on to finish the comment but it's gone ffs. Strip Maguire of his captaincy and give it to ronaldo, get rid of Fred and Ole, keep pogba and bring in a European manager who knows how to win fukin trophies and will utilize the attacking players we've got rather than sticking with the defensive two holding mids zzz....Mckominay is a decent player but Fred is appauling. We don't see the exciting players get game time because Ole doesn't have clue top tier team tactics. He's used to molde and Cardiff who were relegated with 2 defensive midfielder's I bet. The comment before was just imagine how good United could be if everyone followed Ronaldo's example both on and off the training ground etc
