Ah, this always makes me miss having a vegetable garden in my back yard. It's pretty easy to grow eggplants and tomatoes and chilies and scallions...not to mention an herb garden. The rosemary grew like bushes and the curry leaves always made the food taste amazing compared to the dried leaves.
