Been spraying on pga championship golf course turf complexes for 25 years. Weather it’s been riding on a toro multipro or hand spraying etc. we always apply walking away from the spray backwards so we dnt reenter the into product’s especially when spraying for nematodes. Great work on the postage stamp. Rotation of food is smart. Especially fungicides Been applying Covington naturals products on my neighbors yard picked up on Amazon he did.

I had tons of issues with my B-Hyve units last year. I replaced one with the ezyvalve 4 and a Rainbird ST8. I plan on replacing the other with another ezyvalve 4 connected to the same controller. I have the one connected to a hose bib currently but I'm going to go ahead and hard pipe them in so I can use the hose bibs for other things. The Rainbird is so much more responsive and I like the app a lot more.

Are you still getting poa Annua? The one solution you recommended was $500 (herbicide). Wondering is there a better alternative.

You can live with the poa annua for now, and in the late summer put down a pre-emergent to prevent the new poa seeds from germinating. That should get you mostly poa annua-free by next year. If you don't want to wait that long, you could always dig out the poa annua spots and replace them with sod or plugs from the good grass in your lawn. Just be advised that you may still get some of the poa to come back next year if the seeds have already dropped.
