Tell this to the Tibetans, Uyghurs, Filipinos, Vietnamese, etc. about China's 'defensive' moves. Just a question for your feeble mind: why is it that China today has more disputes territorially with its neighbors than any other country?
@ToughGuy-x9q20 күн бұрын
I see China’s territorial disputes today as deeply connected to our long history of wars and conflicts, from colonial invasions to the civil war. These struggles left behind unclear borders and competing claims with neighboring countries. With 14 land borders and a strong emphasis on sovereignty, we’re focused on reclaiming what we see as lost territories, which also drives our interest in resource-rich areas like the South China Sea. Taiwan adds another layer of complexity, operating as a separate government despite being a breakaway province. It’s also worth noting that when the Republic of China originally made these claims, there was little international pushback. As the ROC’s successor, the People’s Republic of China every right to inherit these claims So that’s the answer for your feeble mind @qtcanada

China's civilian shipbuilding share accounts for nearly 70% of the world, China's military power relies on its strong manufacturing industry. China's shipyards are both military and civilian. So this is also the reason why India’s military power is not good. India’s civilian shipbuilding share is less than 1% of the world. Although India’s military power looks strong, India’s military equipment depends on foreign countries. There is no strong military power without a strong manufacturing industry. If Japan were not restricted by the United States, Japan's military power would be far stronger than India's,Because Japan's manufacturing industry is far stronger than India's

These Chinese carriers are very impressive. Using dependable Chinese steel and high technology computer chips, the carriers are high performance machines able to navigate from one pier to the next using latest gps systems. It is expected that Chinese sensors and radars on these ships are so sensitive that it can detect stealth aircraft from a distance giving the ships time to prepare for a good defense. Stealth aircraft like the J31/35 may not be able to sneak in so easily and surprise the ships. Congratulations to the builders of these magnificent ships - they are awesome!!! But to be on the safe side, do not run the ship beyond 15 knots, going faster might break a precious gear unnecessarily though wear and tear are a certainty.

What about quality of this carriers? I think it’s far from the US ships
@justeunfan336422 күн бұрын
The chinese are known for the quality of their ships. They produce more ships than all other nations combined. The idea that China only produces cheap things comes from the mass plastic trash stuff they throw by thousands in other countries, but they also perfectly know how to make very hight quality stuff. They have a functionning space station, insane infrastructure, and a mass of scientist and engineers. I'm sure most of the "quality" stuff you have, from non Chinese brands, is still at least in part designed and build there. The USA can't accept they are loosing the race, but they just can't compete with a country 6 time as populated which design and produces everything they use themselves. The US army have been plagued with issues, low disponility, and their ship quality is nothing special. The freedom class LCS have lots of structural issues, their last nuclear subs had defective welds... They are not a major heavy ship nation. Even when looking at their aircraft or car industry the USA is clearly not an exemple of a nation producing qualitative stuff.
