"There have been many multimillionaires in mainland China in the recent five years. Their consumption concept is different from ours. They are willing to spend money in exchange for time. They will not wait like we did ten years ago. For example, the market price of the item could be 100-thousand (HKD) dollars (USD 12,830) but they will pay 120-thousand (HKD) dollars (USD 15,400) or 130-thousand (HKD) dollars (USD 16,680) in order to be able to get it immediately. The consumption model has changed."

"Stamps are definitely a good form of investment, but you have to have the knowledge. Stamps are not like paintings, or antiques, you know, when you can buy something that you like, you can enjoy it at home, you can look at it, you feel good about it. Stamps are a little one-inch piece of paper, and sometimes even tatty-looking. But, the value is in its history, you know. You have to enjoy stamp collecting, you have to have the cultural background or whatever, you have to know the history aspects, before you understand it."
