▋Ingredients
★Handmade noodles:
300g all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
125ml water
corn starch
★Braised beef:
1kg beef(beef ribs/tendon of cow/beef belly)
5 slices of ginger
3 spring onion
1 star anise
Piece of Chinese cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
2 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
1-2 tbsp light soysauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp caster sugar
1-2 tbsp Pixian douban
1 tbsp Szechuan pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp corn starch
1/4 tsp black pepper
Bok choy as your tastes
coriander as your tastes
