amazing, I'm also from Canada (Ontario) ! I hope one day I can get the level of fitness you have or close to it. I never really trained before and I am shocked at how you can do all this footwork exercises at a consistent rate! Keep it up!

You have attained quite an impressive level of fitness...the exercises works on the fast twist muscle as a requirement for competitive badminton not to mention the anaerobic benefits. Just wanted to add as a precaution...Don't execute the exercise on hard or cement flooring...use the kind of surface that absorbs or dampens your weight to avoid injury...also not recommended to young kids...say below 7 or 8 years old (maybe debatable yet doctors can explain better and I can attest to it)

Yup you can combined them or use x number of them in one set its really customizable to meet your needs. like I replied in the other one. this would help with changing direction, for football I feel that doing a lot of agility ladder and drills like that will benefit you a lot more but this would be a good thing to do before getting to doing those.

beware... on the long run, you are going to wear out your knee...its the sacrifice you are to make for the love of the sport...i would also suggest do not straight away try these stressing knee workouts ...start with the basic knee exercise...spend some time in the gym strengthening your knee area...play on wooden surfaces...take care of your knee...also the elbow (playing hand)

Good Exercises but i wouldn't recommend to do No 5 because with your knees bending outside you can easily damage your meniscus.

Incorrect, you can do these if you're overweight, you just have to compensate with leg power. Meaning your legs have to be very strong.

There's plenty of Basic Footwork tutorials around on KZbin, his aerobic exercises however are they first I've seen. I would rather see stuff that is currently unavailable on KZbin.

you need to be reasonably fit before you do these exerciser...your legs should be strong enough to support your torso ...so NEVER try these if you are overweight...fitness mantra is one step at a time... start with the basics
