Man that looks delicious!! I've done this with other meats and ingredients before, but instead of adding the soy sauce after the rice is cooked, I added it to the water prior to cooking it. I'm going to have to try this recipe though. Talk about comfort food!!! :)

Beautiful dish Chef. Just a few questions what type of rice you use? How long you cook the rice in the rice cooker? Thank-you Chef Gambo. Hello Chef Sue. :)

Hi when you put the long grain white rice in the rice cooker and press the cook button. The rice cooker will do most of the work. Once the rice is done cooking, the rice cooker will set itself to warm that will light up on the rice cooker's interface.

Don't throw away the skin. You can cut it into pieces and deep fry to make delicious pork cracklings.

after he added the sesame oil and soy sauce, he closed the rice cooker for 5 more mins. is that just under the "keep warm" setting or did he start a new cook cycle?

Hi I asked Gambo and he said that it would be fine if you left out the cooking wine or possibly add ginger, garlic or onions to your dish as replacement, but it depends on your preference

It's called an accent. Im sure you have one too. Grammatically I don't see what he says was wrong.

Don't be racist! He talks properly and it's called an accent. Even those born in English speaking country will also have an accent, do you know British has many accents too? Geez.
