If you require 3000 calories then eat 1000 calories in breakfast high protien at 7 am then 12 pm eat another 1000 calories then at at 4 pm eat 400 calories as pre workout and rest 600 calories in post workout between 7 pm to 8 pm ans you should eat till 8pm final now dont eat any other things and go to bed st 10 pm and then you will again eat at 7 am in morning so you Maintsibed a gap of 12 hours and it is good for your gut and increae your calories slowly
