Can I file a claim for code 5219 , right hand with thumb and index finger to the same hand, dominant hand? I currently have a max rating to my right thumb, 5228 @ 20% and right index finger max rating, 5229 @10% =30% , shouldn't I be rated 40% for having two max ratings on my right hand (dominant) instead of individual ratings? OR, can I file 5219 in addition to the two individual?

everytime i bring up my wrist which i hurt in the army and has an audible grind with all movement they just brush me off and say its arthritis and there is nothing they can do about it

question the VA only gave me a 10% for my wrist condition Which it is my dominant hand and I only have a 95% range of motion. The question is, can I appeal it

They gave me 10% as well even though I broke in active duty

Can I claim carpal tunnel and arthritis cause I was a pipe fitter for the HVAC shop? And my records where lost. At 60% definitely know I qualify for more but VA denies everything.

Yes carpal tunnel falls under peripheral neuropathy.

I'm rated for a fracture I had but I still have issues with it...is it possible to get a higher rating...its my dominant hand

Depends if nerves are involved, if muscles are involved and range of motion. Look.at the 38 cfr and m21 manual

@@GAvet4lyfe I just had my compensation and pension exam.. they're sending me for another x-ray.. the doctor advised me to put it on another claim for my hand and fingers.. cause the wrist fracture is effecting my pinky..
