Aaron's furdad voice is so cute! 🥰 Also, I think if Aaron survives zombie apocalypse it's 'cause of his wits. If he doesn't, it's 'cause he shouted "my ass!" when Joel teased him. 😂😂😂

I’m an old school girl and I like chivalry! In a relationship, I want to feel that I am a VIP for my man. Cheating is betrayal and I will never forgive betrayal. Kkotsoonie is always welcome to hang out on that giant sofa! She is so pretty and cute - the real princess! 🌸Both of you have that warm 😍 look in your eyes whenever she’s around. I love you! 💗

I really enjoyed the topics in this episode. It was nice to get a male perspective on things. Also, Joel was cracking me up so much with some of his comments 😂

I’m late to this episode, but I feel like I have to add a note about chivalry. Holding doors is something I agree is polite, and should be done regardless of gender. But that is if you arrive to the door first, running ahead just to open it early feels weird to me. Then paying for dinner or other things on dates I feel is always best if everyone pay for their own share. I have had guys insist on paying, which to me always feel uncomfortable. It makes me feel indebted or that they expect something in return, which makes me feel less comfortable in the relationship. Especially since I have a good education and work, and earn at least as much as the guys I date. It made sense back in the days when women earned less, but now that is not a reason. Each of us going in with the same stakes makes it more balanced. I also know how to change the tyres on a car, cook a steak, and I take boxing classes hahaha

I think this was a great episode with interesting topics! I laughed at lot with this one! I have to agree that chivalry is mostly gone. But I'm an old soul and I hope we can bring it back one day! Also, Khotsoon is absolutely adorable!

Kotsuni is so adorable!! Loved the topics covered in this episode. Couldn't agree more about the millennials being the last generation to have any chivalry. Honestly, it's difficult to see well mannered people in general too 🥲

Your conversation about chivalry hit. As a female that’s lived on my own for quite awhile, I know that I can pay my bills, change my own tires, do home repairs, open my door, I want a the person I’m dating to be chivalrous. Having someone open the door for me, buy a meal, walk on the curbside of a sidewalk is not taking away my strengths or independence, it’s being courteous and thoughtful.

I think the dating scene has changed drastically because we have more access to people via social media and dating apps. Would you presue someone relentlessly and with your all if there's a guaranteed next option?

I think whether it is chivalry or not but manner is important. Oh wait, manner will sound like a feudal or medieval thingy so let's just call it as"kindness"instead. These days, not many people are that kind to each other. Even if it's to the same gender. Or maybe it's in my country, but I saw many people don't offer seat to elderly or to women at public transportation. As a woman,it pissed me off the most when I see a man just sitting there while I had a hard time balancing my self standing because I didn't get a seat. Is it chivalry or kindness that the man should do? You name it..

I agree regarding the birthday parties! I think it's so burdensome having to invite people and worry about whether or not people will come, and all of the preparations and planning that has to be done... I'd much rather just spend it with a close friend or family member doing something simple

I come from a country where, 15 years ago, women were kissed on the hand (as a greeting). Fortunately, this tradition is almost dead (we didn't like it 😛). But holding the door is something you always do. On YT I follow the channel of a girl (from my country) who lives in Seoul, married a Korean and has two children. She mentioned several times that Koreans don't hold doors and you have to be careful because you'll end up with a broken nose 😜😉

As someone who lives in the states, everyone pretty much opens the door for everyone. Theres noextra pressure on men and it’s rude to not do so in my opinion but thats as someone from nyc

If you guys want to see the last shreds of chivalry, come to South Carolina! Chivalry is alive and well here! I think when it comes down to it, it’s the parents. Kids don’t come out of the womb having manners and social skills. That’s why parents have to teach their kids manners and how to behave in public. I see more parents on their phones or gabbing with their girlfriends than paying attention to their kids. It’s sad. Parents need to step up and teach their kids manners.

41:23 agree with Joel 49:27 PlayStation? 2nd grade… not Nintendo? PlayStation was out then? Idk maybe my timeline is off.. definitely had a birthday where no one showed.. can’t remember the reason why no one came. But I live in New Orleans and my birthday is usually around Mardi Gras. Could have been a factor.. didn’t stop me from having future birthdays. Last birthday was last minute Chuck E Cheeses for my 21st birthday
