I no longer care about whether or not i get abs. Her exercises make me feel really good, strong and healthy. Its adequately challenging and makes me feel happier when i complete them

SAME!!!! I feel like I'm on the cloud nine when I complete the workout in the morning. It feels like 10 times more joyful to stay active for the rest of the day after Chloe's workouts ❤️

Last winter I tortured myself with calorie deficits and similar things which can be described as the onset of anorexia. I was 56kg and became 45kg. I lost my menstruation and the doctors, understandably, cited sudden weight loss as the reason. The only positive thing is that I got rid of insulin resistance, stopped eating sugar and started eating normally. I was 13. I only got my period back in mid-autumn, after I started overeating in August and then drinking protein in addition to gain weight. and Chloe was with me. and Chloe is with me now. my body completely changed, my mind completely changed. I did other workouts and my posture is much better now. I will always have room to grow and I am glad that I no longer stand still as before. I don't know what I would do if you weren't there. you made me understand that change is possible. Thank you

Gosh, my story is actually so similar. Last spring a decided to "go on a quick diet" which ended up with losing almost 10 kilos (from 65 to 56). I also lost my period and even now when I'm eating really healthy and enough i still can't gain it back fully. I was 15 at that time. Now I'm just trying to heal my relationship with food and Chloe really helps me with feeling best in my body. I feel really sorry for you, but I'm sure we can do this and become healthier versions of ourselves

I’ve tried Chloe’s bum+abs for two weeks about a year ago and had visible results just within a few weeks. Starting this today hoping for similar results! -Day 1 complete! ✅ (also did 10 lunges per leg later in the day) -Day 2 done ✅ -Day 3 done✅ -Day 4 done✅ -Day 5-rest day -Day 6 done✅ -Day 7 done✅let’s gooo -Day 8 done✅ -Day 9 done✅ -Day 10 done✅ almost there!!! Okay so I’m almost there with 3 days of workouts remaining. Although I enjoyed doing this, the challenge was to keep up with smt rather than see huge changes in my body… I will probably pick a more difficult challenge at the the end of the two weeks to commit to… -Day 11-rest day -Day 12 done✅ (half done/down w the flu) -Day 13-another rest day/down w the flu😢 -Day 14 done✅

Working out after more than a month. I'm not following any program this time cuz I was struggling a lot with following those till the end. I'm gonna workout like this for a while for now. Log for consistency: *Day 1. 22-02-2024:* ✅ *Day 2. 23-02-2024:* ✅ *Day 3. 24-02-2024:* ✅ Break. *Day 4. 26-02-2024:* ✅ 2 days break for periods. *Day 5. 29-02-2024:* ✅ *Day 6. 01-03-2024:* ✅ Skipped 2 days. *Day 7. 04-03-2024:* ✅ Did the weighted alternatives today with a 3 kg dumbbell. It increased the intensity & my focus was more on the form. The number of reps decreased a bit. *Day 8. 05-03-2024:* ✅ Here after 5 days. Gonna do this for another 7 days along with another full body video. *Day 9. 11-03-2024:* ✅ *Day 10. 12-03-2024:* ✅ Skipped. *Day 11. 14-03-2024:* ✅ The 3kg dumbbell felt lighter today. *Day 12. 15-03-2024:* ✅ 2 days skipped. *Day 13. 18-03-2024:* ✅ 2 days skipped. *Day 14. 21-03-2024:* ✅ *Day 15. 22-03-2024:* ✅ Finally done with this one. I'll do another ab routine from next workout day.

Firstly, I want to tell you that it is not easy to exercise continuously, but it is not impossible and you will be able to do it. I will tell you my story. I started exercising with Chloe three years ago because I wanted to lose weight. I would start a challenge, finish it, stop exercising for a long time, and then come back again, but on one occasion I stopped exercising for a period of more than a year and a half for several reasons, but I did not give up. I returned to exercising six months ago, but this time I continued, and my goal in exercising was to benefit my body, to lose weight, and to have muscles. I am now continuing and excited to see the muscles in my body. Despite all this, I give up sometimes, but I force myself to exercise. I do not exercise every day. I exercise five or six days a week according to the rest days of the challenge, and when I finish the challenge, I take a rest that does not exceed seven days. On these days, you can exercise walking or Simple things to rejuvenate your body and give you energy. You must know that if you are sick, tired, or in a bad psychological state, do not force yourself to exercise. I hope I have helped you .

I haven't done my workouts in a while since my job was stressing me, decided to do her dumbbells workouts cuz I love using them. Bad idea 😆 gotta build up my stamina and strength again.
