I am a new subscriber! You asked for critique so I’ll have a go. (I’m an human concept artist btw) For your first attempt at sculpting a human head, you actually did amazingly well! Your ONLY mistake is not griding out your facial features prior to molding the outer structure. This mistake will cause your eye sockets and cheek bones to be out of proportional alignment. Since human faces tend to have subtle variations that our brains recognize, it only takes one shape or area to be fractions out of place to render a sculpture unrecognizable. The Rock has almond-Asian eyes with little to no lid crease. He has pronounced high cheekbones and a square jawline. If you look at his photo, you will notice that his side eye socket sits further back but is nearly vertical with his lower jaw. These key details can be mapped out using guidelines first before adding chocolate to the sculpture to help make it easier in ensuring they’re symmetrical and at the right depth / height prior to delving into the details. I’ve of course never sculpted with chocolate before so... lol I can only imagine that it’s a much harder medium to work with than say; actual materials designed for realistic sculpture, so please feel proud of what you’ve accomplished!! It’s actually very impressive!!

Haiying Zeng try to search other video, they use the same trick to make the butter cream whiter. Just use a very tiny amount of purple colouring. Very tiny amount. Insert the very tip of a toothpick in the purple colour and mix in the buttercream. But it must be very very little amount or else it will turn purple
