That's a good looking cake and what i like about your cooking style is that you don't waste: you scrape everything out of bowls, cups and jugs and you're never in a rush. 10/10 ma'am!

Watching cooks who leave their bowls with tablespoons of mixture left smeared around the bowl make me really uneasy and nervous. I cannot watch. This lady is fantastic! 1, she is so incredibly personable. 2, informative. 3, easy to understand. 4, calms my nerves by scraping out the bowls properly! 😂😉

I actually made this yesterday, as your recipes never fail to deliver (your chocolate brownies are a household staple for years now) and used a 200g container of greek joghurt, as they come in that size where I live. It's delicious, soft and moist, and so very easy to make. Tastes great on its own, and surely would be nice either layered or with a frosting. Have to experiment further with this. Thanks for the excellent work, as always, Stephanie!!

It’s such a pleasure to hear a really nice American cook acknowledge that there are other countries other than the USA and they use grams, millilitres, Celsius etc. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to have to convert everything to get the English measures. Lovely looking cake. If it tastes as nice as your personality, it should great. THANK YOU

We citizens of the U.S. also have to convert some recipes from other countries from grams, Celsius and so on. So it is a two way street. .I have to admit that we are behind by not using those measurements. I am learning to convert, and am using a scale when I bake.

Use MONK sweetener and forget the sugar.....it is a cancer.....worst thing that people are eating is sugar....all the Dr's tell you so....Monk is a fruit....and is real sweet.....so you won't even have to use that much of it.....a cup of sugar is a lot....and most all recipes calls for at least a cup, some even two cups.....I always cut back and never use all they say to anyways....

I made this chocolate cake last night and had a piece this morning. One of the best cakes I've ever had. I added a shot of room temp espresso to the batter because I love espresso and chocolate. I also did the same chocolate glaze but with a little cream instead of butter and honey. Lastly I used a loaf pan because I don't own an 8 inch pan so I had to cook an additional 5 min. Very similar to the vanilla yogurt cake recipe One of the best chocolate cakes I've ever had.
