Hi Chef lovely recipe. I am from Kolkata and our samosas (we call it Singara) are a bit different (the way we prepare our potato stuffing and the spice blends are different). I am an avid Singara lover and i've never tried Punjabi samosa and I swear these looks delicious. I always love to try new food or food which changes from region to region like our beloved samosa. I would definitely try out the Punjabi version. Also your videos are very aesthetically pleasing. 👍🏽😊
