Sir its a Gi receptor which always in inhibitory or non activate which has low c AMP level

Sorry Neelu , but first of all receptors are not Gi or Gs or Gq, it the type of G protein not the type of GPCR.......please elaborate your argument . Pertussis toxin does ADP ribosylate G i alpha not Cholera toxin. Possibly you are confused with cholera toxin and pertussis toxin.
