Good evening Richard, thanks for this, some lovley captures. The river was bulging on that first part and the wildflower meadow was lovely and so important for bees and butterflies. Loved the Oxford section, lovely to see all the damsel, dragon and mayflys all emerging from the water too 🐉🐝 funy ole directional error hey, well done for clocking the speeder, hope you managed to report them. So dangerous for the wildlife and other people on the river. Glorious walk, and smashing drone footage too. Row row row your boat.... thanks for the share, Ceri and Kat ♥️🤗🌞👍

Thanks Ceri and Kat. I think I was thinking of Mayflies flying for one day, but it’s sort of right 💭. I did try to film the speeder coming back but it did n’t record, but he got the message and looked really sheepish as I think he thought I was Environmental Agency 😂takes determination to finish this walk, so far from home now, but we’re enjoying the journey. It’s the best time of the year I’m sure you’re making the most of it 👍

I think some stretches are more interesting than others. I knew it would not necessarily be a high view video but wanted to document whole Thames Path and hopefully may help people in the future. Thing is with series like this they are a resource for people for a long time, thanks again 👍

Alright there Richard. Good old walk along the nations most famous of rivers. I thought the meadows were looking very fine with their array of wild flowers. Always a treat! Pretty far out drone footage to leading us into Oxford, which looked very impressive with its old buildings. Only 50 miles till the source eh? Good going. Mark

It’s a long one but I’ll be glad when it’s done and I can move on to something new. It’s not always easy finishing what you start. It is beautiful though and I’ve enjoyed walking with Mike and catching up after many years. Thanks for watching Mark 👍😄

@@DayTripperAdventures Hey, it is what it is Richard. I've walked every river of the wye system from source and that's taken an age but I have loved it. I'm sure you'll feel the same way. Yeah, good to be with a mate.

Lovely part of the country, my part of the world. The weather has not been so great just lately so starting at the source I've got as far as Buscot lock near Lechlade the worst part so far was near Cricklade where we had no choice but to wade knee deep through a flooded field. Enjoy the final few stretches.

Hi Richard, you’re right last stretch I hear is a bit tricky. Sounds better in a canoe 🛶 . I’ll be doing Oxford to Cricklade in couple of weeks I think hopefully it will dry out a bit. Thanks again for watching 👍
