1. Recognize that I am upset/not at peace. 2. Take responsibility- This is about me. I choose the feelings that I experience. 3. What feeling do I have right now? (Abandoned? Lonely? Bored? Offended? Lazy? Angry? Overwhelmed? Heartbroken? etc.) 4. Stay in the feeling and let it take you to your first memory of that feeling. (Don't do this by thinking, do it by relaxing into the feeling). Almost always that memory has nothing to do with what you were upset about. 5. Establish what judgement the memory/feeling are sending you. Common self-judgements, "I am not loved, I am not enough, I don't belong". 6. Embrace the truth- Forgive me for forgetting that I am love, forgiving me for thinking that I can lose love, forgive me for forgetting that I am one with all of life. Revisit step 1, you will see you are less upset. Revisit the original memory, you will see it has weakened. At first, you may need to repeat this process 200x a day. But over time, gradually, you will begin to develop an inner peace that was never there before. Until eventually pure love is the expression of every thought and every action.

so damn hard (next to impossible, actually) to focus on this video because I'm drowning in trauma and stress and rage and grief and shame, and overall emotional pain... I wish great suffering on those that I loathe. may they suffer, intense and overwhelming pain...

Hi. thank you for your 6 steps. they are very practical and that's what i needed. I have a question re point 4: What if i am lead to many memories in childhood associated with this negative feeling, not just one. I can feel a bit confused not knowing what to focus on. Any advice?

Just choose one, usually one comes up immediately, that is the one to process. Ultimately, of course, all these memories will be transformed.

How do you trace the feeling back to an early memory? I get nothing. Do you have to lay down, eyes closed? Is this just copied primal therapy? What about the Holotropic Breathwork?

Since god is a man made fiction and love is a human invented label how do you prove any of this to be true. It's all an invention.
