Love this Diederik.. especially about idols.... I am in Europe..and I believe Europe has been in many wars for many generational years.. there is a generational trauma going on in society...

Yes, that would be one of seeing it or, and this is a big step, I decide that I am the author of whatever trauma I am experiencing and, once I take ownership, then there absolutely is a way out!

I can't focus on this video, I try so hard to, but... my mind's too damn distracted: 1) I am constantly flooded by memories that fill me with rage. I am raped by rage. I could murder for all I used to put up with. 2) how is it that I've spent my whole life in poverty when I have the talents, passions, and skills that could make me wildly rich? 3) stress, stress, stress and more stress... always 999-trillion things to do and the thought of doing any of it just makes me want to die. (I am traumatized just contemplating it all.) 4) food is my only escape. but for the sake of my health, I cannot keep escaping in food, or it will literally kill me... 5) never in my whole life have I ever had true love or a real friend...

We are at war here as well, it is just insidious and covert. We kill each other off for mere having a different opinion. Our political parties are both at wore and both sides use tactics that are word bombs, lies, insinuations and bullying anyone who disagrees with our tactics. We are imposing on others, we are in fact fueling Ukraine. Until we each transcend our need to be right, to give up confusing virtue signalling that confuses and misrepresents ourselves, until we come home to ourselves as Child of God and see that in others, we are at war. To see the self without the judgments and masks in ALL, we are no longer at war. It's a full time LifesWork to ferret out all this stuff. Every thought and judgment we make is a boomerang back to ourselves. We are at war with ourselves.
