Robin!!! What an amazing video yet again. You should consider possibly writing a book in the future. So wise and so kind;!! Love over fear is the only way to live ❤

Also, a good perspective is to believe that nothing bad can happen. This is a Buddhist perspective. We can see challenges as opportunities to grow, so they are actually good. Even If we are attacked or injured or robbed, this is erasing the bad karma of the past, so its a good thing in that sense. So, only good things can happen, and therefore its completely safe to live from our loving hearts! Peace, Robin!👍👍👍

So when I was sexually assaulted more than once and almost killed this was a good thing, I'm just tell my PTSD it was erasing karma and maybe ill feel better. Sorry, but this is toxic positivity at its worst.

Love this! Very relevant. I listened to a really good podcast that you may like Robin! It’s Dr Rangan Chatterjee’s podcast with Gelong Thubten (a Buddhist monk). Probably my favourite podcast ever, personally. I’m starting to read his book, Handbook for Hard Times. I understand how busy you are though! So for anyone else interested, that may be a good listen and/or read x

What if my brain has been telling me that love isn't real because it's just chemicals and so is everything so "nothing is worth it?"

Your thoughts control your brain chemicals not vice versa. Neuroscientists don’t actually know if low serotonin creates negative thoughts or if negative thoughts create low the serotonin. Hope this helps encourage you:)
