Is there any Streak paid version included in the Google Workspace?
@itGenius_2 жыл бұрын
Not included but you can absolutely use the CRM with the paid version of workspace

Great video! I liked the point made on integrations. It sounds confusing at first, but can save a lot of time if you do a little research.

@@itGenius_ After some back and forth with a Copper rep, they said I have to pay for myself and an admin, both. So, if I had a team of 3 executives, each with 2 part time assistants, ie, one works M, W, F and another, T and Th, then that is 6 user accounts. That does not seem scalable. Admins are an extention of me. They are not part time reps, just support staff on things I am working on. Do you know if the rep was wrong and is there a way to have an admin access my stuff, but without the ability to delete files or emails or access passwords and credit card info?

interesting, I found that so many of these crm's don't make it easy to just pick up your phone and use it to call contacts, they mostly focus on email etc. that amazes me.

You may be interested in Salesmate then. Even the Starter plan gives access to dialing. Would you like other recommendations?

This explanation was useful and thought Copper might be a good solution for me. Then learned you can only have one email address per user. There are some clunky workarounds but not worth it for someone who needs to manage more than one email address.

Copper is horrible. They don't work with Google any better than anyone else. It's also really expensive for what it does.

Hey Pete, I hope you are doing well. What would be the advantages/disadvantages of having a CRM that is based in your email (like Streak and Copper) over one that is not (like Hubspot and ZOHO)?
@PocketOffice Жыл бұрын
The reality is that a lot of other CRMs handle pipelines just as easily. They just require a bit more setup. The advantage with Copper and Streak is that it keeps the focus on your pipeline. Copper also has LinkedIn integration which is a high value feature. It’s a very fitting solution for those who are highly focused on selling. Sadly neither allow the very basic CRM tools unless you pay $100+ a month.

Does anybody know if Google Voice for Business is integrated into Copper? If it isn't, is there any reason to believe this is planned?

Love the video and thanks for the info. Does this allow for configuration of multiple business on one platform? For example... I have a business partner, we run a nonprofit as well as a separate and different for profit business. Could this be configured to run both simultaneously or semi-simultaneously?

One big advert for a single user crm, shame because the start of the video was great.

@@itGenius_ I like to see a video from any of the users out here who breakdown user interface, learning curve, features that are for a physical inventory business, yours is the best I've seen for actual breakdown of understanding of the overview of what certain crms do what. But none of the videos out there seem to be of youtubers who have actually used the product in Realtime, big ask I know, but I feel like there's just loads of sponsored videos like the one above where your promoting a particular product but not actually breaking down it's day to day use. It took me 30 videos before I just asked Monday CRM bot to tell me what the costs of API's were. No one mentions that, No one mentions how social media can be brought in. I maybe asking a little too much, and maybe I didn't get the multi user bit, but from the way I just set it up it certainly feels single user on initial setup.

16 years later, and countless CRMs, I've come to the conclusion that a Gmail overlay CRM and google sheets works best because you can build and automate everything from labels which can be set at default by sender ie paypal payment notification, from x with attachment, contains any word or unique number which we can add by simply adding it to an email or notification to an email or spreadsheet to email etc. Literally every bit of data lives in Gmail or can with automation or readily available notifications 🎉

Define ‘works best’? Your statement hides a logical fallacy. Please keep in mind that we don’t have identical needs; we all have DIFFERENT needs. That’s why your preference is perhaps the best for YOU. Purely subjective.
@itGenius_ Жыл бұрын
I agree with you that a Gmail overlay CRM and Google Sheets can be a powerful combination for managing your contacts and sales pipeline. The ability to automate tasks and create custom labels based on the content of your emails can save you a lot of time and effort.

I was expecting a fair and unbiased review but got a Cooper ad! Bye-bye IT genius. I lost my respect for you.

I spent 75% of the video with general information, and 25% explaining why we chose to partner with Copper after a clear disclosure. I think that’s pretty balanced 😎

Can we have a bit less of the stock corporate video please? A little bit is fine but it becomes distracting and doesn't add anything.
