Thanks for the information, so far own a spectraler advance PC2W, I kinda regret deleting the video of it I used to have. I'm kinda thinking about looking for a Edwards 892 hornstrobe as I remember seeing plenty of them in a apartment complex I used to live in. Some were in good shape, and there were ones that had their strobe covers yellowing out, and 2 that got replaced by a Spectralert classic and advance.

First alarm was a simplex 4903-9202. I don't see anything special about it. Most of the alarms i got is from my school while they're replacing their systems with gentex commander 3s. I really love fire alarms systems since i was a kid and really wanted to start a collection for a long time. It wasn't untill 2018 when i got my first one. Despite knowing some people in the community (not calling them out or saying names/hates at all) are toxic and take things too seriously and stingy, i actually like the jokes on this video most of it bashing the copycat spector alert classic & that part when someone wires the fire alarm incorrectly. I encourage you keep making great content stuff like this and giving us information we need to know and keep making it funny and entertaining! Im really looking forward on more future videos and other fire alarms videos you have out there! I'll definitely subscribe to your channel 👍

The exact order I got my Fire Alarms and Pull Stations is this. Fire-Lite BG 12L Pull Station. SpectrAlert Classic Strobe. SpectrAlert Classic Horn. Notifier BNG 1 Pull Station. EST Genesis Horn Strobe. SpectrAlert Advance Horn Strobe. Wheelock E70-MCW Speaker Strobe. Simplex 4906-9151 Truealert Speaker Strobe. Edwards 278B-1120 Pull Station. And most recently. Simplex Smartsync Module for the Simplex 4906-9151 Truealert Speaker Strobe. I still want to get a Fire Lite Annunciator too.

Mine is spectralert classic ceiling mount. If your looking for something quiet I recommend a commander 2 or 3 horn strobe. (You can even have it go off next to you without problems)

I like simplex truealerts but they are not cheap they range from 20$ to almost 400$ and And no matter what wire set up they are two wire or four wire they require a smart sync module to run them

Soooo, i have a 4 wire Kidde B6 Pull station (kidde b5 with 2 contacts) and a FireLite MS-4... How would I wire the B6 up to it? tried everything, don't have a multimeter, and also don't know how to wire 4 wire devices to a panel HELP!

there’s no such thing as a 4 wire pull station, you can HAVE 4 wires like an input and and output pair or 2 separate switch contacts but those all lead to one single pole switch with an input and output. (well i guess there’s ones with a normally opened and normal loses but that’s abstract) just look at where the wires go to, they probably have one pair leading to each contact on the switch. the only other thing i could think of that would actually have more than 2 contacts on a pull is some old addressable device with separate data and power

Looking at the diagram it has the pair at the top and a pair at the bottom, the pairs lead to the same thing, one of the switch legs

FireMasterGamer use a wire from the top and another from the bottom, if that doesn’t work then try using the 2 wires from the top, you can’t damage anything since when you pull the station you’re shorting out the wires
