I think it is very valid. My second marriage was to a Syrian Muslim. His brothers, his nephews, probably he himself, all cheated and some times the wives knew. Even the teenagers knew. I met women who were beaten because they questioned their husbands. During the 90s my friends and I went to a lot of dances and the place was crawling with Arabic men, most were married. And yes, there were "christians" there cheating on their wives. Once an arabic wife showed up with her brothers. That was a scene. But there are devout men of all religions who don't cheat. It's just that in the Arab culture it's kind of insinuated that if the wife does something wrong, the husband can go out on her. Not just insinuated, it was told to me by my husband and his family. I left him because I could not trust him and that's the worst feeling in the world.

From what I've seen, that's a more rural drug. Not saying I've never seen it in the city, but it's far more common in country areas. Probably something to do with the manufacturing process causing a lot of smell. You have a meth house in town & it'll get raided or robbed quickly. You can make crack & nobody knows. You make meth & they'll know 5 houses down.

I thank God every day I wasn't born in a town where this is literally a "live or die" situation. I lost both my parents before I was 7... To drugs and domestic. Found out at the age of 18 that my dad killed my mom when I was 4months old..I lived my whole childhood and teenage years not knowing the truth.I am 40 now and have 3 boys of my own..been married for 18 years sure we have issues everyone does..but because of God's goodness and mercy I have made it through some hard times and I pray all these ppl can one day realize how important their lives are and how they can change..they just have to want to.
